I am a master practitioner of eating disorders, an advanced clinical hypnotherapist, a master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming & a nutritionist.  I also use mindfulness, EFT, CBT, eye movement desensitisation & other techniques, tailored to your individual needs.  I have around 22 years experience working as a coach & therapist, treating a wide range of issues including the eating disorders, fatigue, stress, IBS, conflict & anxiety.  My approach is practical, compassionate, supportive, solution-oriented & holistic.  I am also a published author.

Gillian offers a comprehensive counselling & psychotherapy service. She is a Master Practitioner in eating Disorders & Obesity & has helped many clients change their relationship with food, also dealing with difficulties with assertiveness, self-confidence & body image.  She is trained to work with Carers using the Maudsley approach and also has experience with depression, anxiety & relationship issues, enabling her to take a holistic approach, with a combination of nutritional & psychological interventions; making sure that your journey to recovery is safe & effective. Gillian also works as a school counsellor so is aware of the intense pressures on young people, especially in social media, regarding their appearance & eating choices.
